Our all-new 1SKB-R106W Rolling Compact Rig features a standard 10U top and 6U front and rear rack rails.

The big brother of the 1SKB-iSF2U! This case features a virtually indestructible, waterproof injection molded shell that is lighter, stronger, and more affordable than the previous 4U Studio Flyer, and includes innovative molded-in front and rear rack rails that provide even more security and durability for sensitive studio equipment during travel. 

As a larger Studio Flyer option, The 1SKB-iSF4U offers a 4U rack mount measuring 15" from front rail to rear rail which safely accommodates deeper equipment, such as the Universal Audio Apollo audio interface. It also provides a 21" x 15.5" adjustable work surface with ample room for laptops or monitors, and a specially molded exterior pattern that stacks securely with all SKB Roto Racks for maximum transport convenience.

Other standard features include improved quiet-glide wheels, an easy-to-operate one-button pull handle, and TSA-accessible locking Trigger Latch® System. Like all SKB Injection Molded cases, the 1SKB-iSF4U is proudly made in the USA and comes with an Unconditional Lifetime Warranty.

The 2U version of our Studio Flyer can be carried onto a plane, however this 4U cannot.  Instead of checking this under a plane we would recommend one of our Fly Racks that is shock protected and can take the abuse of shipping or checking on a plane.

The 1SKB-R100 is a 10U slanted top rack mixer case that features steel threaded rails, a hard lid and a removable rear door for maximum access to the rack gear, side access ports (for cable routing) on each side with a comfortable rubber over-molded handle on each side for easy carrying. 

The one piece base is roto-molded of Linear Medium Density Polyethylene (LMDPE) while the hard cover and rear door are Injection molded of Rubber Modified Styrene (RMS). Two TSA locking SKB patented Trigger Latch® System secure the lid while the flat hard top allows for stacking with the revised roto racks to create a modular solution for easy set-up.

The height at the front of the rack is 5.25".  The height in the rear of the rack is 7.75".  Fits the Allen & Heath SQ5 only with the 1SKB-RE-SQ5 rack ears.

Roto-molded of LMDP Linear Medium Density Polyethylene

The 1SKB-R102 is a 10U slanted top and 2U front, rack case that features steel threaded rails, hard lid and doors, side access ports (for cable routing) and has enough space to mount the AV-8 with the lid closed! 

The one piece base is roto-molded of Linear Medium Density Polyethylene (LMDPE) while the hard front and rear doors and lid are Injection molded of Rubber Modified Styrene (RMS). The back lid provides maximum access to the rack gear. Two TSA locking SKB patented Trigger Latch® System secure the lid while the flat hard top allows for stacking in transport and storage.

The top rack has 17.5" rackable depth plus 2.25" in back for cables for a total of 19.75" on the top.

The lower 2U Rack is 3.5" high in front and 5.75" high in the rear with a 19.5" of useable depth.

Injection molded front and rear doors and lid

The SKB Gig Rig series has set the standard for mixer/rack cases for more than 15 years. The 4th Generation Gig Rig raises the bar yet again. Based on the 1SKB19-R1406 Mighty Gig Rig design, the 1SKB19-R1208 Gig Rig provides more versatility than previous generation Gig Rigs.

Roto-molded of Linear Low Density Polyethylene (LLDPE), the 1SKB19-R1208 Gig Rig has a uni-body construction that is extremely durable. The 7° angled top steel rails are 12U rack spaces with extra room in the back for cable connections. The lid provides enough space for cables to stay connected as well as, space for the optional 1SKB-AV8 retractable shelf. The front facing 8U steel rails provide enough space for amps or outboard gear. 8U Rear rack rails are included for additional mounting, storage and support.

In the same fashion as the Mighty Gig Rig, the lid can also be used as a pedestal for the 1SKB19-R1208 Gig Rig. By placing the lid on the bottom wheeled skid and locking down the Gig Rig on top, the mixer height has perfect performance position. The 1SKB-R1208 Gig Rig includes two injection molded extra-long handles, (one per side) for easy lifting in transport. Four heavy-duty locking castors complete the Gig Rig.

Exterior height is without wheels installed and case closed.

 Exterior height in use with lid as a pedestal and wheels installed is 40.75"(front of slanted rack) to 43.5" (rear slanted rack).

Indestructible injection molded side handles

The 1SKB-R1906 was designed to add expandability to the 1SKB-R102, 1SKB-R104, and 1SKB-R106 The 1SKB-R1906 can even stack on itself (remove the casters from the top one before stacking).

There is a 1" border around the top of the case (to help hold whatever is on top, in place). So the actual depth (height) is 16" and if you include the wheels, it's 21" (20" from the bottom of the wheels to the top mounting surface)

The 1SKB-R106 is a 10U slanted top and 6U front, rack case that features steel threaded rails, hard lid and doors, side access ports (for cable routing) and has enough space to mount the AV-8 with the lid closed! 

The one piece base is roto-molded of Linear Medium Density Polyethylene (LMDPE) while the hard front, rear doors and lid are Injection molded of Rubber Modified Styrene (RMS). The back lid provides maximum access to the rack gear. Two TSA locking SKB patented Trigger Latch® System secure the lid while the flat hard top allows for stacking in transport and storage.

At the bottom of the top slanted rail, the depth is 3.75". If nothing is mounted in the 4 spaces on the front, then the actual depth at top of the slant rail would actually be 17.125". After the first 3" from the bottom of the slant rail (and with nothing mounted in the 4 spaces on the front), the depth is 15.375". Product weight is without the optional 1SKB-AV8.

The 1SKB-R104 is a 10U slanted top and 4U front, rack case that features steel threaded rails, hard lid and doors, side access ports (for cable routing) and has enough space to mount the AV-8 with the lid closed. 

At the bottom of the top slanted rail, the depth is 3.75". If nothing is mounted in the 4 spaces on the front, then the actual depth at top of the slant rail would actually be 13.5". After the first 3" from the bottom of the slant rail (and with nothing mounted in the 4 spaces on the front), the depth is 11.75". Space between the top of the slant rails and the cover is ~3.5" (to allow XLR/cable connections on mixer with top mounted mic pres). Product weight is without the optional 1SKB-AV8. 

The Gig Safe takes the top 14U+ rack spaces of the Mighty GigRig and puts it in an easier to handle case. 

The Gig Safe includes two large side mounted handles that allow the load to be balanced when carrying. The lid is extended so XLR cables can remain plugged into the mixer. The Gig Safe also includes four recessed latches that can be used to secure to the top of the 1SKB-REX6 Expander Rack to provide the same amount of mounting rack units as the Mighty GigRig. With the addition of the 1SKB-R3224 wheel dolly, the Gig Safe and Expander can be maneuvered with ease.

Top rail is at 7 degrees angle and is 5 1/4" deep in the front and 9 3/8" from the top of the rail to the bottom of the case. From the end of the rail to the back of the case is approximately 3 1/8"

Oversized side handles for easier handling

The 1SKB-REX6 Expander Rack adds rack space to the 1SKB19-R1406 Mighty GigRig. The roto molded 6U Expander Rack case features a 6U extended depth rack that can be locked securely to the bottom of the Mighty GigRig. The Expander Rack has 6U front rails and 6U rear rails for a total of 12U of rack space.

By removing the top lid, the Expander Rack provides full cable routing access through the bottom of the Mighty GigRig, making the unit the perfect solution for housing all of your electronics and sound gear while keeping it all connected. The full sized front and back doors are lockable to secure the contents. The 1SKB19-R1400 can also securely sit on top of the 1SKB19-REX6 for smaller modular setups. Shown with optional SKB-R3224 dolly/wheel set for easy transport

Lockable covers in the front and the rear

The Mighty GigRig Rolling Rack System has been redesigned from the ground up. The roto molded design features a 7° angled top with 14U steel rails, extra room in the back for cable connections and ample room for larger analog and digital mixers such as the Yamaha 01V96, Allen & Heath Mix Wizard, and Mackie Onyx. The deep design allows for up to 12U of vertical rack space (6U front rails, with 6U rear rack rails).

The cover can be used as a pedestal for the Mighty GigRig which places the mixer at proper mixing height. When packed, the cover will fit over installed XLR cable connectors (top or rear mounted). The Mighty GigRig includes four over-molded lift handles and four locking casters (locks both caster roll and caster swivel).

Additional inserts have been installed on the bottom platform that will accept pneumatic wheels for field applications. 

Exterior height in use with lid as a pedestal and wheels installed is 38.25"(front of slanted rack) to 41.25" (rear slanted rack).
