The 3i-1610-10DT is watertight and dustproof, and features a deluxe Nylex-wrapped closed cell fitted foam liner and (3) heavy duty hinged dividers with hook-and-loop tabs, (3) closed cell foam pads, and (1) heavy duty divider to create the perfect fit.

All SKB iSeries cases come standard with an Unconditional Lifetime Warranty.

Case and Interior Warranties

Lifetime Warranty
SKB brand hardshell cases are fully warranted against defects in materials and craftsmanship for the life of the case to the original owner. That means if your case breaks, SKB will supply replacement parts, repair the case, or replace your case for as long as you own it. Proof of Purchase is required for all warranty claims. SKB is not responsible for the shipping cost to our facility. However, SKB will cover all of the costs of repairs and/or replacements, as well as the return shipping. To request a return authorization for a warranty claim or field replaceable parts, please contact our customer service department through our online Support Request form. SKB hardshell cases are warranted for life to the original owner only. Cases that have been modified, previously owned, or used for rental purposes by institutions or schools are not covered by this warranty.

Soft Product Warranty
SKB Soft Products (cases and interiors) are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and craftsmanship for one year from purchase. Cubed foam interiors are not covered. Any defects in workmanship will be covered by SKB. Damages due to accident, improper care, negligence or normal wear, where SKB is not at fault, are not covered on Soft Products. Freight cost to SKB Corporation is the responsibility of the customer. SKB will pay the return freight for warranty product shipped back to the customer.

Yes. Minimum quantities are required. Contact our Music Division at 800-410-2024

How do I register my case or rack for the lifetime warranty?
You may register yourself as the original owner of the case or rack at SKB Music Division Product Registration.

How do I request replacement parts?
Original owners of SKB brand hardshell cases may order replacement parts online at no cost and with free shipping. To request field replaceable parts please visit the SKB Store for instructions. You will receive a discount code for use at the SKB Store equal to the online price of the replacement parts you need.

How long will a repair take?
A repair usually takes about two weeks from the time we receive your case.

Is it possible to update my older case with the new TSA latches?
No. Only newer SKB products are designed to accommodate this new latch. Older model cases can not be retrofitted.

What do I have to do before I return my case for repair?
Contact our Customer Service Department at customerservice@skbcases.com or 800-410-2024 for a Return Authorization Number. Please have the model number of the case on hand.

Where will I find my model number on my case?
It is not on your case. You will find the number on your original proof of purchase receipt.
